But Turner is a distribution company that seldom involves itself with production of content. So when they wanted to launch a new gaming channel for broadband access, they wanted to have programming that focused on the lifestyle of gamers, not just games and game shows.
My Production Partners and I created a series of content pitches for Turner and then created an animated PowerPoint on CD for a "leave-behind" to remind the executives of our pitch as well as the tone of the content.
They never forgot us.
